A.C. Generator design and Manufacturing
We provide services for design and manufacturing of LT/ HT range of Alternators. We deliver the complete product life cycle from design starting from clean sheet of paper to manufacturing of production batch. These self-excited, self-regulated Alternators are designed to national and international standards like IEC-34, CE , BS EN 60034 , BS 5000 , UL 1446 and 1004 , CSA and are used in various applications like Industrial , Retail , Domestic, Defense , Telecom , RVs . These alternators have best in class efficiency and are suitable for operations in various geographies.
We help Generator set builders to develop their own Alternators with minimum investment. We design and develop the parts and tooling of Alternators and arrange for long term manufacturing contracts with at least 3 facilities for production of Alternators.
Reverse Engineering for complete Product
We help manufacturers in digitization of existing designs of products. We help manufacturers in starting the production of new products by completing the reverse engineering of imported products. We have successfully completed the reverse engineering projects of BLDC hub motors used in electric vehicles, Enclosure body of generator, Windings of HT generators, Pumps etc.
We undertake complete work from product tear down, 3d scanning, design and drawings to prototype development of reverse engineering projects.We deliver reverse engineering projects in minimum cost and time.
Product Compliance and certification services
We provide consultancy services for product compliance and certification of electrical products like Generators, motors, EVs,
Services for CE , UL , CSA , IEC etc.
We undertake complete work starting from creation of design files, DFMEA/PFMEA , preparation of testing arrangements, compilation of test data to assistance for product certification audits.
Product design
We provide services for design development and prototype building of products and parts. We complete the high end design and analysis of parts and also develop the parts with low cost vendors. We help customers to meet their product cost targets and win in their respective markets.
After sales services for Alternator / Diesel Generator set / Motor
We provide after sales services like regular health checkup, failure investigation, reconditioning of machines in M.P., Maharashtra and Karnataka.
